Content permissions

Users with the ‘Full Admin’ and ‘User Manager’ roles can assign permissions or further customise document access using 'Document Protection'.

Content permissions overview:

Permissions to specific ‘Index items’ (such as an index, folder, document, placeholder, or URL link) are assigned to External and Sub teams. This means that different teams will have varying levels of access to these items, depending on the permissions assigned to them.
