The Permissions Report is an Excel file with an overview of content permissions per team. To download it, follow the steps below.

Permissions Page: Navigate to the ‘Permissions’ page from the left side panel.

Download Report: Select ‘Download Report’ on the right side of the table.

Download Behaviour: Depending on the file size, the file is either downloaded directly to the computer or sent to the ‘Downloads’ page.

Downloads Page: If directed, go to the 'Downloads' tab to locate the download package. When the status changes to 'Ready to Download', click 'Download' to retrieve the file.
