Q&A Participation: Only users assigned a Q&A role can participate in Q&A activities.

Question Submission: External users assigned a Q&A role can ask general questions or those related to a specific index, folder, or document.

Approval Process: External team users with the Q&A Moderator role are responsible for approving questions. Internal users with the same role may also need to approve questions if Auto Approval is disabled, and are required to approve all answers.
All Q&A moderators must be assigned to the respective category. -
Answering Questions: Internal users with Q&A Expert and Q&A Moderator roles, assigned to the respective categories, can provide answers.

Forward Questions: Internal users with the Q&A Moderator role, assigned to the respective category, can forward questions to the category Experts.
